Record allowances count active records across all your connected systems when we check usage. Deleted records no longer count. If the same person has a record in three systems, that counts as three records, even after Samesake matches them.

Good to know
Connecting your systems
Send records through the API or upload CSV files, usually from a simple flow that runs when a record is created, changed or deleted. Every new customer gets a free setup call, and we check the first matches together. Help building connectors is available at a day rate. Need more connected systems? Move up a plan.
Test environments
A test environment is a separate copy of Samesake for trying connections and changes before they affect your live data. Each holds up to 100,000 records, with as many connected systems as your plan allows. £50 a month each; Enterprise includes one.
Test environments use the same security as the live service. We can fill them with synthetic customers, so you don't need to copy real personal data.
Restore history
If data is changed or deleted by mistake, we can help restore your database to an earlier point. Starter includes 7 days of restore history; Business and Enterprise include 30 days. A restore returns the whole database to that point.
Record limits
Going over your record limit never stops the service. We'll let you know, agree an upgrade with you, and only then charge more. If you outgrow Enterprise, we'll agree a custom plan.
Support hours
Support times are times to reply, on UK working days: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays. Faster Business and Enterprise response commitments apply to urgent issues. See our service terms for the details.
